March 31, 2020: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Republic Services has put into effect a new directive that all trash needs to be bagged and tied in order for it to be collected. Emails should have been sent from Republic Services to all account holders regarding this directive last week. Please be sure to bag and tie all trash to ensure nothing is left behind. If any of your trash was not collected due to this new directive, please take it inside until the next collection day. Thank you for your cooperation!

March 18, 2020: We just sent out notices of the 2020 annual meeting and proposed budget. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be rescheduling the annual meeting. Date/time to be determined. As always, please feel free to email us with your questions, suggestions and concerns at northridgetownhomeshoa@gmail.com, or by submitting a form on the “Contact us” page above.

Stay healthy friends!

January 30, 2020: Please be aware that the landscape company has started trimming and removing overgrown shrubs and weeds throughout the community. Machines will be used for these purposes. Once the overgrown vegetation is removed/trimmed, landscape paper will be added to prevent regrowth of the weeds and vines. We are trying to save what we can but ultimately a lot will have to be cut down. Our contract does not include planting new shrubs/trees. If you would like to purchase new trees or shrubs, I will volunteer to help plant them. Please contact the Board if you have questions at northridgetownhomeshoa@gmail.com. Thank you for your patience.

November 25, 2019: Welcome to the new website for the Northridge Townhomes Homeowner’s Association! Please bear with us while this page is in the works. We hope that this modernized website will better connect our residents to important announcements, projects, reference materials, and beautiful Northridge photography! If you have any suggestions, please feel free to drop us a line on the “Contact Us” tab above, we look forward to hearing from you!
